iAnos popularity skyrocked on the web when they launched an iPhone application that lets you play classic piano in your iphone, we at desinformado.com criticized the bad decision of the programmer naming this beautiful aplication iAno (Ano in spanish is: Dictionary Definition: The external opening of the rectum), now thanks God, the programmer decided to rebranded (iano=the pianist) and launches two new iphone music applications:

Guitarist:

Guitarist is another excellent guitar simulator on the iphone and provides nice cords controls.

Features
A complete guitar fretboard (including open strings) to the 15th fret.
Multi-touch. Up to 5 notes can be played at once.
Each note is a separately recorded sample, for maximum quality.
Animated strings press down at your touch for visual feedback.
Acoustic guitar patch included, with more options available in a later release.
Play along to all your MP3s, or your friends using Pianist or Drummer.
On-screen keyboard navigation allows you to easily move up and down the fretboard.

How to install
First you need to jailbreak your iPhone to allow third-party applications to be installed.
Add the “ipodtouchfans.com” repository to your Installer.
Click on the Installer Icon.
Click on the “Sources” icon at the bottom.
Click “Edit”.
Click “Add”.
Enter: “http://www.touchrepo.com/repo.xml”.
Click “OK”.
Drummer will appear under the “Toys” section of installer.
